A £4.95 shipping fee shall apply for domestic orders under £25. A £6.99 shipping fee shall apply for all next day deliveries.
Shipping rates for orders from outside the UK will vary depending on the country you live in. Your shipping rate will be applied at checkout.
Please contact us if you do not see your shipping rate, and we will be able to assist you. With all international orders, the receiver is responsible for covering the cost of any duties or fees incurred by their country’s customs agency.
Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. NATURABLOOM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing package.

Returns & Exchanges
NATURABLOOM is dedicated to creating natural, vegan, clean and sustainable products that we hope our customers will love.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase from naturabloom.com (minus the cost of shipping). Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or samples.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (not including delivery charges) after receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
Refunds will only be made against the original payment method.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 5 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
Customers wishing to return nail polish items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by the courier that is used.
Damaged or Defective Items
At NATURABLOOM, we stand behind the quality of our product. We absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 of purchase. Send us an email at info@naturabloom.com with the nature of the defect and a picture, and we will provide further instructions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not purchase your item through www.naturabloom.com please contact the wholesale partner you purchased through first. All purchases made through wholesale partners are subject to their return policies.
