If you participate in our #NaturaBloom promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of NaturaBloom and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. NaturaBloom may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. NaturaBloom may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of NauraBloom, BEL Corporation and employees of our managing agencies are not eligible to participate.
DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the NaturaBloom Instagram and/or NaturaBloom Facebook posts. If not specified – the giveaways last for one full week from the initial posting date. Entries after the closing date will not be considered.
HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaways post on Instagram and/or Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Entries must be made from people in the UK or that can provide an address within the UK. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram and/or Facebook post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and/or Facebook via our official NaturaBloom account within seven business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours or cannot provide an address within the UK, NaturaBloom reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. NaturaBloom’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be a NaturaBloom product as indicated on the NaturaBloom Instagram and/or NaturaBloom’s Facebook post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
SHIPMENT
Unfortunately we don’t ship to countries outside the UK. Any entrants that cannot provide an address in the UK will be disqualified.
PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, NaturaBloom may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or CLUSE Facebook post, Instagram and/or Facebook stories.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless NaturaBloom, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
NaturaBloom reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT
The Giveaways are governed by British law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent Royal Court of Justice, London, United Kingdom.
